the cappelletti machine mod. RC140 can produce cappelletti (gr. 3,5) tortelloni (gr. 8-10) half-moons (3,5gr. – 8 gr.)

Automatic machine with interchangeable moulds for the production of small and medium sized Cappelletti, Tortelloni and single sheet ravioli as squares and half-moons stuffed with meat or cheese. The thickness of dough sheet is adjustable. Filling system is continuous with precise individual portion of control; amount may be adjusted by simple turn of the dial during production. All the parts in contact with the filling are in materials suitable for the food industry.
